confused abt CGFNS CES

im currently licensed in CA.. and im thinking of endorsing my license to PA.. however, im a foreign educated nurse in the PHilippines, thus requiring me to undergo CES.. i tried to complete the online CGFNS forms.. im instructed to print the forms, sign them and mail them to the schools and registration authorities..

so my question is

am i responsible for paying the fees required by my school and the registration authority? or is that already included in the fee i paid CGFNS?

and nursing is my second degree so i need to send the forms to those 2 schools, right? and to PRC in the Philippines for the license verification?

im planning to submit the license verification form of PA to CA BRN and that would cost $60.. do i pay another $60 to CA BRN for the CGFNS form for validation of registration/license??

it gets really confusing..

For CES you are responsible for any fees

They are both the same thing, I would make sure you have to do it twice.
