Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to get into Concordia for Summer 2015! I'm beginning the application process and was hoping I can get advice from current students or how current applicants are prepping! I'm very worried about getting in as it is my first choice...
I go to CSULB and am on my last semester with a 3.0 GPA, which is bare minimum. I'm interning at a hospital and reaching 240 hours by the end of November. I'm passionate about becoming a nurse, particularly in the area of pediatrics or neonatal nursing! Is there any way I can make myself a more competitive candidate? What would a good Statement of Intent look like? Any advice would be appreciated!
Current applicants: Let's get through this together!
Concordia students: Thank you for taking the time!
Hi! I'm so happy that I found a couple of people who are also interviewing for the Summer 2015 term. My interview is tomorrow, the 18 th. I'm pretty nervous about what to expect and know that there are only 40 spots available. I'm hoping it all goes well and would appreciate any advice:)
I feel like the waiting game is the hardest part! I was wondering if 40 members were at the Feb 21st interview or if it turned out to be more or less? There happened to be only 36 on the roster for Feb 18th. Good luck to everyone! All in all, meeting the faculty members and other prospective nursing students was such a great experience.
I was wondering the same exact thing í ½í¸! I know we all did really good with our interviews! The staff was amazing to meet and so friendly and welcoming. I can't wait until we get the response back. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and keeping faith that it will all work out ☺ï¸â˜ºï¸
