Jp808, I still have a ton of free time. Luckily the 2 theology classes are great because they are online. We have a good amount of reading and writing to do, but it really isn't that bad. The "fun" stuff starts August 20. I believe that is when our ( summer cohort) lives will become crazy, but exciting. So for now, I just relax, spend a good amount of time with my family and friends till August rolls around.

Nothing in my mailbox yet. Good luck again to all. Im keeping myself busy just to alleviate the torture of waiting. I was dreaming last night that i was in the program already. lol

Cubanrob- that's awesome!!! Good lck in August! Should be fun! And they probably picked a great bunch of individuals for you to work with...Nothing in mine too... There's not that many people on this feed, in comparison to previous cohorts... Anyone else noticed that? Adonisvil- do u regresh your email all day too!?!?! ? Haha

Hello Everyone Happy Friday! In response to a previous post I did also notice that there are a lot less people on this feed than in some previous cohorts. Perhaps people are lurking like I did for a year lol. However if thats any indication that there is a smaller pool of applicants for this cohort then hopefully more of us will get accepted. =)

Also I think I saw in an email that we will not be hearing back until about the 3rd week of July. I don't want anyone to freak out if they haven't heard anything by next week, considering it is 4th of July and many offices are on Holiday. On another note my friend who is also applying to Concordia gave me some bad news..for me atleast. She told me my freshman speech class from college will not count as the communication requirement because they want interpersonal speech. So I am hoping that even if I havent met this requirement I still get an interview... =/

Hello everyone! I am eagerly waiting too!!! This is so nerve racking knowing everything rides on this :/ I applied to Riverside Community College and was notified a couple of days ago that I did not get in, I was very bummed. I am just hoping and praying I didn't get in because I am supposed to be in this program. Trying to stay optimistic! I called the school yesterday to check on the status of my transcripts (I had 2 classes in progress that finished 2 days after the application deadline) and she told me we should her by the fourth of July holiday!?!?! So I am assuming before the 4th. Hopefully we will all be getting good news soon. Please post as soon as anyone hears anything.

Oh my gosh! Before the 4th?! They must be pretty much wrapping up their decisions for who they want to interview! I wonder how many applicants they had..I am hoping smaller than their estimated 200.

klp123 Yes, that is what they said and interviews will be held in mid July. I have no clue how many applicants they had. Does anyone else know? From reading past stuff they invite 80 to interview and select 40 to attend to program. I am hoping I have what it takes to be one of the 40 to be picked!!!

I was thinking the same thing! Far fewer people seemed to be responding to the posts, so I hope that is indicative of the number of people applying! :)

Good luck to everybody again, more power on our waiting. I honestly waited for the interview invitation email since last week. Last year I received it in the third week of june. BeesMama, i hope that is the case. :)
