In nursing, you def have to be flexible so with that said, we as students can't really change the rules in the book :-).

As a student currently placed at Hoag, they do utilize Hoag as a clinical site!

The program does not take absences lightly. Current students correct me if I’m wrong, but you are allowed one non-COVID related absence a term. This is an accelerated program and requires FULL commitment to the program to be successful

thank you! yes I don't plan to be absent, however the first semester only has 2 classes and I have a work commitment (but there are only 2 days of classes so I doubt there'll be a conflict). And that's great about Hoag, I want to be placed there ? thanks!

The first two classes are one day a week each. So you are there two days a week.

As for clinicals you have NO say in where you are placed and they won’t change where you are given.

Someone said earlier they are work at your own pace so no they are not synchronous.

Now that you are in your 3rd (?) semester, I'm wondering if you can give me an idea of what the class schedule is like? How long is each class, what does a typical day look like? Are there breaks, etc.
