I agree! The one-way interview style felt very informal and awkward. IDK how to feel about it.

Can you kindly explain the process? Im so confused as to the structure and havent seen anyone truly explain it. Are we supposed to record ourselves and upload a video answering questions? what exactly is the "one-way interview"? Thanks

It was totally awkward!  I felt like so much more uncomfortable than if it was a live interview and you can bounce off of their reactions.  I didn't feel like I got to truly portray myself in this style of interview

Same. I felt like my personality didn’t get through cuz I was trying to fit everything I was trying to say.

Open your link when you’re ready. It gives you plenty of time to think, just not enough time to answer in my opinion

OMG! I thought I was the only one that felt like this! It was very awkward and it was actually worse that we had multiple chances to record because I felt that it made me overthink everything much more. In person interview would have been much better for me personally. I'm totally nervous

at least everything is over now. Nothing we can do to change anymore loll. We will stay optimistic and wait for the decision letter at the end of the second week of April! Good luck everyone!

Yes!! Glad it over, it took me so long to finish. I was overthinking every answer. Took both attempts for every question. Terrible format LOL felt so unnatural
