Concordia University Irvine ABSN Fall 2014

Published

Hi everybody. I didn't see a thread for the ABSN program for Fall 2014 at Concordia University Irvine so I made one. I sent in my application last week. Is anyone else applying for this program? What are the chances of getting in?

alanjones02 It would be best to go to one of their information sessions to get all of your questions answered. It was very informative for me!

yikes! i live out of state so i cannot make it to the information session. can someone please explain whether the prerequisites need to be completed before the nursing core or before the online theology courses? Please....

The theology courses are a part of the nursing program. From what I understand, once you are accepted, you shouldn't be taking any other courses. You can only have 2 prereqs in progress before the app deadline. So by the time you start the theology courses, you shouldn't be doing your prereqs. You should look on the website. It has most of the answers to your questions.

Specializes in PICU, CPN, CCRN.

All of the answers to these questions can be found directly on the website cui.edu

Big day tomorrow for some of us guys. Good luck to all and see you!

Hello!

I have an interview this Wednesday for Fall 2014, and was wondering if you have any advice for me!? It seems like a long interview, and I want to be prepared.

Thank you :)

Good luck this week everyone!!!

How did everybody feel about the interview?

I feel like it went pretty well! I hope we hear back soon.... How do you feel like it went? The campus is beautiful though!

I think it was good. Everybody in my group did very well. I can imagine it might be very difficult for them to decide. I hope we hear something next week. It's so nerve-wrecking.

I think that it is going to be a tough decision for the faculty. At least in my group, everyone brought their A game, and everyone was very highly qualified. I can't imagine how hard its going to be to choose!

Did anyone get anything yet? Are we being notified via email or mail? I don't think they mentioned anything
