Completing 12 month work requirement at beginning of RMA

If you have to work 12 months in order to be released from monitoring...can you complete it at beginning of RMA? (it is not specified on mine). Considering staying home with my kids after my 12 months is up so I would like to know if anyone knows about this.

I'm in Florida and my 5 year contract states that i need to work 12 months as a nurse, It does not say when. I know of someone who's contract was extended because she hadn't worked at all. I hope this helps.

@Rosa09 i will have 12 months in November. Hopefully that will be satisfy the requirement. I'm not done until October 2021 though.

I too, will have a year in Nov, with 2 left to go. My contract also states that I have to work for 12 months, but doesn't stipulate when. And I have thought about staying at home once I get the 12 months under my belt as well. I haven't reached out to my case Mgr about it, because I'm just playing it by ear for now, but I've re-read that contract more times than I care to admit and nowhere does it define "which" 12 months I have to be working, so...
