Do we know if interviews go out in waves? Or is it once and done? It seems like that they sent them out in waves in the previous years but unsure. I had literally asked today if interview invites were going out soon (prior to people receiving the invites) and got a response that they should be out by the end of the week so I'm wondering if they've sent them all out already.

I did see from previous years they've sent them little by little. I'm thinking they will probably extend more if all of the dates are not taken? So far there's 0700 on the 22nd and 23rd left but IDK how many of each.

CVICU for 2.5 years. 3.9 nursing school GPA, CCRN, charge/ preceptor. Veteran (non medical though), and lots of volunteer hours.

Nursing GPA is 3.4, 2 years experience in a level 1 trauma CVSICU, CCRN, charge experience, preceptor, on multiple committees, mentor, and community involvement/volunteerism (Big Brother-Big Sister, free clinic and food pantry), Navy veteran (former Corpsman).

They are still reviewing applications and they said that interview invitations just started going out. They are not done with sending out the invitations yet.

Has anyone received rejection emails? Do we know if they sent rejection emails at the same time as invites in previous years? Thanks in advance and congrats to everyone who got invites!

Does anyone know how Columbia interviews? EI, clinical, both? I'm really nervous.
