Collin College Fall 2020 Application

Hi guys, I was planning on applying to the summer term at Collin, but at the most recent nursing info session, Ms. Rangel noted that they are getting rid of the summer term. Another change being implemented is they're doing away with the PSB and now incoming students must take the TEAS. So, that changes a lot for me. I missed the deadline to apply for the spring term as all the PSB slots were full, but I would have been applying with micro in progress as that's what I'm taking in the fall term. Anyone else planning on applying for Fall 2020?

It was quick! I should get mine soon. I got my fingerprints done last Tuesday.

I got my blue card yesterday. I had to get my fingerprints redone last week bc the first time I went the FBI rejected them- long story but they were all good second time around.

Does anyone know what time orientation will be on January 14th? Also, are we supposed to purchase a stethoscope?

Hi, all I just finished the prereqs here in collin, and now preparing for the TEAS for applying for fall 2020?Any insight about best way to preparing myself for TEAS?How many times we can take it per application cycle?Thanks in advance.

This is the first application cycle that Collin's entrance exam is the TEAS, so we all took a different exam. I would try asking on a TWU nursing thread, I know they take the TEAS exam.

I was wondering if there are any other LVNs that are anxiously awaiting the new information that is to be released in March about the LVN to RN bridge program at Collin. There was an announcement made today that they will have a summer 2020 admission.

Those who couldn't take TEAS for This Covid 19 ,What path r u chosing? In collin's website it is been told that the online application will be ready in the first week of April? Did I miss anything?I'm talking about applying for Fall 2020.

The TEAS test will now be administered online, so if you booked for a test date, it's going to be proctored online & the updated application is now online.
