I am hoping to be part of the Collin College Spring 2018 Nursing Class and I want to start a new thread where other potential students can communicate with one another. I am taking Micro this summer and plan on submitting my nursing application by the August deadline. I will be taking my PSB exam at the end of July.
Collin no longer gives potential students access to the point system used to rank students. Does anyone know what a competitive PSB score is?
I have a 3.75 for my co-requisites and I am hoping to maintain my 4.0 in my pre-requisites. Can anyone offer any insight on PSB scores?
Thanks in advance!

Hello, everyone!! I'll be applying to the spring 2018 program, as well. I took all of my prereqs at Collin but am applying to their program as a backup, lol. I'm taking the PSB in a couple weeks and was wondering if it's a test you can study for or if studying doesn't really help? I haven't done much research into the PSB like I have for other entrance exams. Anyway, I'll be applying with a 4.0 science GPA and 4.0 supporting courses GPA. I wish us all the best of luck in our nursing endeavors!!
I am applying for Spring 2018, currently I have not taken my PSB but scheduled to take in July. I am currently taking micro and hope to get an A in that course if I do my stats will be
Sciences: 3.66666
other courses: 3.5
I already have an Associates of Science through Collin so I hope they look at that lol. Will keep this site updated with my PSB score once I get them.
