Collin College ADN program Fall 2022

Hi, I know it’s kinda early but I wanted to start a string for those applying to Collin college ADN/RN program in the Fall of 2022. I just want to know where I fall points wise and competitive wise to others who are also applying this coming Fall.

Haha yeah I’m pretty nervous myself. How many points are you going in with?

I’m going in with 20 points but I know a lot of people going in with 21 points.

I emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) on Friday, July 1st and asked if it was standard to not receive a confirmation email when submitting an application. I also asked if they had an estimate as to when acceptance/rejection emails would be sent out. She was very neutral with her response (confirmed my app was received, but did not give insight as to when we'll hear anything) ?

Hey guys ! The application said we'll hear back in 4-5 weeks after submitting, its been 5 weeks, does anyone have an update ? By the way I have an 18, no idea if that's competitive or not. I'm just super nervous haha !

Hello! I have been frantically checking my email seems like every 5 mins. I’m so nervous I’m wondering did I type my email correctly on the application! Haha

I don’t believe we will hear until this coming weekend.

I have been calling daily since last week (giving a different name each time out of paranoia...) and their response has always been "no decision has been made. They don't know when a decision will be made".

I called again. They are "very close" is what she said but who knows.

I wish I would've found this site earlier! I've sent out my application for Collin and went through the interview with the coordinators. I'm still waiting on a solid response from them. Eeeek I'm so excited!
