Collin College ADN program Fall 2022

Hi, I know it’s kinda early but I wanted to start a string for those applying to Collin college ADN/RN program in the Fall of 2022. I just want to know where I fall points wise and competitive wise to others who are also applying this coming Fall. 

I turned in my application May 20th and did not receive an email yet. I think it may take awhile due to the huge amount of applications.

I called the nursing school about the confirmation emails, and they said they don’t do that. They only send out acceptance/rejection emails.

I asked how many applicants they have gone through and they said over 400 so far; however, they aren’t close to finishing.

I spoke to them yesterday. They said it will be by the 14 of July or before.

I was in last semesters class but had to withdraw due to getting COVID and falling too far behind to catch up. I will be attending with those of you accepted this coming Fall semester.

I have been reading you guys comments. Does anyone know what the acceptance point cutoff is.

There is no point cutoff. From my understanding they are gonna rank everyone based on points and choose between the top 75-90 students on the top of the list with the biggest points. So far there is over 700 applicants from when I last asked. They assumed it could be over 900 since fall semester is where they get the most applications compared to Spring.

What were your stats (TEAS, GPA, etc.) if you don’t mind answering.
