Hi everyone!
I received my identogo email and made my appointment already. Check your junk mail too. @ Soon to be, that makes a lot of sense it's ether after the 27th or during orientation, bc why would orientation be 5 hrs long.

I can't imagine it being during orientation, because again, what would the point of needing a consent to be drug tested? Hahah. I'm just confused by that. I hope that it is during orientation to just get it over with, but I doubt it since we need to submit our consents.

So, as far as I understand it, the background check is completed after you get fingerprinted (the email by identgo will have all the info on how to do this part) by the Texas BON. I was in a different program at Collin last year and they randomly tested us one day in class. They don't want people prepared for it 😉

I got my Texas BON Blue Card in the mail today! Has anyone else gotten theirs? Also, there are two package bundles for nursing that you can buy there's one for the ADN program, and the other is for vocational. I accidently bought them both and now have to cancel the Vocational one. just FYI. Also I went into the McKinney Bookstore and tried on the uniforms but they told me that I had to order everything online. Which was kind of annoying but whatever.

Congrats!! Happy that everything is going smoothly for you ^^ if you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you to get your blue card from the day of your fingerprinting appointment? I already gave my fingerprints, but I want to keep an eye out for when it would approximately be in my mailbox. thanks in advance!

I got the skill bag/package bundle on the collin bookstore online. Look for nursing bundle in the search bar.

and for MalibuGenmini, it took 6 buisness days. I went last Wednesday and recieved it today (Thursday).
