Hello all, I wanted to created this group for those that are applying to the COS nursing program for Spring 2026. I will be applying with about 78 points. Hope for the best for everyone applying! 

Who else only got the Hep B 2 series dose?

Just need my Hep B titer🥲 My provider told me I can't do the blood draw until after the 23rd of this month.

Oh wow you are still on time where do I go for the mask fit test I have an appointment  on Monday I don't know 🤷‍♀️ which room I can't remember and where its located I am not familiar with the school

You know how it says like 2 doses for some of the immunizations? If I already got those 2 doses when I was a kid I don't need to do another dose right just the blood work to prove I have immunization? But I still upload those immunization records? They're from like over 10 years ago

If you have completed them already then you will not need to but all you have to do is insert each once manually and upload it 

I believe its the MMR and the Varicella

I thought if it is passed 10 years you have to get the titers completed.

Which number states that on the paper?if its the Tdap you have to get every 10 years I believe

Yeah I think the titer is the immunity blood test

I submitted mines as is and they were accepted I didn't do the titer
