Hello all, I wanted to created this group for those that are applying to the COS nursing program for Spring 2026. I will be applying with about 78 points. Hope for the best for everyone applying!

I believe you can write a declination letter from what I see on Complio. But I heard that it can limit you doing clinicals.

 Where can you get the commitment letter? Sorry, I'm very new at this college

It's the other paper work that was sent to you where you had to initial and sign it.

yeah you should be fine as long as it's not expired at the moment.

Is there a form waived to exempt yourself from getting the COVID vaccine? If so where do I find that form? I have them both but don't want to get the booster.

How did you guys receive your results from the drug test? By email and sent upload through Complio? Because I did my drug last Thursday and didn't receive anything yet

You don't have to upload anything, the company that does the drug test uploads the results to Complio automatically. Mine took about 4 days to appear on Complio, so yours should appear soon. If not I'd say to call!

How did you guys uploaded the 2 doses of COVID vaccines? I'm only able to upload one dose. Do I wait until the first one gets approved? and then upload the second one

Yes I believe so ! Also have yall hear back from the drug test because im still waiting as well

I was able to upload both doses and the booster (total of 3). You have to add it under a different sub dropdown menu. For example "Covid 1st dose" then "Covid 2nd dose" and "Covid Booster". 
 

 

As for the drug test they told me it takes 4-5 business days to post.

When I did my drug test they told me it would take up to 72 hours for results and I did it through LabCorp this was on a Thursday and results were in Complio automatically by Monday morning and approved.

OK thank you. Did that work for you when uploaded other vaccines that required multiple doses?

Yeah, they sent me an email and a text that it was cleared. It was uploaded into complio

Did anyone do their drug test through the Hanford location? If so how long did it take to show up on complio?

I did mine Friday and I barely received the completion today so it takes a while. Also, what time is the orientation on 10/29?
