Hello all, I wanted to created this group for those that are applying to the COS nursing program for Spring 2026. I will be applying with about 78 points. Hope for the best for everyone applying!

Yes some of those vaccines we get when we are children

So basically if we got the vaccines years ago all we have to do is upload proof? There's no need to do the titer?

Correct , only I think the tdap expires after ten years

Hey everyone, 

Just curious if those who got accepted know the deadline to accept the offered seat. I haven't checked my PO Box and I am now worried that it's too late. I don't check my PO Box often and was recently thinking about the COS application. I appreciate any info. Thanks and congrats to everyone!

You have time ! The deadline is the 22nd to submit the acceptance letter with a receipt of you ordering the complio. You also have to do the drug test through complio before the 22nd

I already have a BLS certificate, but it expires in march. I'll obviously renew it, but will they still accept the one I have now as long as it's still active and not expired?

Also I know that some such as the MMR, Hepatits and Varicella we got as kids. Did you guys just input a pdf of your paper immunization record? Also if you already had both doses (or three for hepatitis) did you guys just already input it at dose #2 or dose #3? Because it's not letting me do an input for dose #1 and another input for dose #2 so I just uploaded MMR and Varicella as dose #2 since I already have both and you can see it on the pdf?

They have to approve the first dosage to be able to resubmit the second and third dose so once you submit the first one it'll say meets requirements and then it'll still say you can update so you'll add another one for the second dose or the third one if it's for the third

Commitment letter for the health center? The acceptance letter from the ones that we received in the mail? 

 Where can you get the commitment letter? Sorry, I'm very new at this college
