Hello! Just wanted to start this thread to see if anyone else has applied to CNR's ABSN program for the Spring or Summer 2018 start!

Hey guys! I have a question has anyone here applied with a grade of C in a prerequisite and gotten accepted?

I just got my acceptance email today for the Summer! Honestly lost hope for a while lol, but yes- I had two C's and they told me I had to retake those courses back in December. The courses are still in progress so you definitely have a chance.

For those who got accepted for the summer- have you received any updates on the curriculum?? I saw that their curriculum is still under review, which means the registration is dependent on their approval, so I'm kind of hesitant to put down a deposit right now.

Their website isn't updated with the information. They don't even have the accelerated program up, just the older version of it. However, I submitted my TEAS just because I thought it was required. Not too sure though, so I would recommend contacting someone from admissions.

I emailed their admissions department about the TEAS exam and they said the TEAS are only required for transfer students who have NOT earned a bachelor's degree yet. So, if you're applying to the accelerated program, no TEAS exam is required.

I know there's a FB group for the Spring cohort in both campuses, but should the summer folks make our own group?

Hey! To those that got accepted, would you mind sharing what grades you got in your pre reqs and gpa? My gpa is exactly 3.0 (when you average it from both institutions attended). And I received an A in A+P I, a B in A+P II, an A- in micro, a B in nutrition. They are still waiting to receive one transcript with all those grades on it.

Im nervous and really want to get accepted!

How long did it take for you guys to hear from them with a decision??
