Hello! Just wanted to start this thread to see if anyone else has applied to CNR's ABSN program for the Spring or Summer 2018 start!

Did everyone who applied to the second degree Summer or applying to the Fall 2018 program submit letters of recommendation even though they're optional?

Have you been able to visit? I got my acceptance email yesterday too but I've been hearing some negative things about the program. I live pretty far away so it's not easy for me to visit the campus and see the facilities.

I've been accepted to the summer '18 second degree program. I've paid to hold my place but I haven't heard anything from CNR since. I'm thinking it's because my acceptance is contingent upon passing 2 classes from the pre-req list. Has anyone gotten any correspondence since being accepted?

I've heard good and bad about the school from a handful of people I work with that are currently in the program. I've taken away some consistent views one of them being the disorganization of the school. I realize everyone's experience will be different. I have committed to the school and will make the most of it.

Hello everyone I applied to the ABSN last year 2017 and unfortunately wasn't able to start due to financial reason so I deferred it to start this summer 2018. I heard the start date is June 4 and we should be receiving information within the next month. If anyone is looking for a roommate please let me know because I am looking to move in May possibly. If you have any questions about the beginning stages please feel free to ask I did do everything already as far as background check, deposit and other health info and I also registered for classes for last year just couldn't start.

Hi , thanks for the advice. What would you say we should focus on before school starts or what might help us get a head start, as far as what kind of material. A&P or maybe a book you recommend?
