College Network

Nursing Students Online Learning

Hey everyone; I am very disturbed about my experience with the College Network and want some suggestions/advice from anyone who can help me. I was told that my credits from my previous school would be accepted through College Network and all I would have to take would be the nursing concepts exam. This turned out to be a complete lie, because they did not take several of my courses which were taken within the last 2 years at an accreditted college and now they are wanting me to retake those classes through them and of course bill me for additional modules. I told them that I was tricked into signing the contract and I wanted out because I do not intend to take those courses again and pay doubly for them. What is your suggestion or advice in getting out of this contract. Since the last conversation I had with them, I have re-enrolled into the same college and have been accepted into their nursing program, so I really need to get out of this contract. Please forward any suggestions that you may have on how to go about this.

The College Network is a big old scam. If you don't believe me...just go to EBAY and look at all modules people are practically giving away there. MOST ARE UNOPENED!! Maybe they will help you study..maybe not. But why pay thousands for them when you can get them for NEXT TO NOTHING on EBAY from other people who were suckered into them. There is NO REASON to pay full price. :nono: They are just study guides...that's it! Most people say they didn't even need them to begin with. That company should be burned to the ground for what they have done to people over the years.

Don't breach it!! They can (and likely will) take you to court and yes it will be on your credit report if you don't pay. They did not breach anything in the contract they made with you so you are liable for the remainder of the balance. No I wouldn't return the modules to them without them saying it's ok. What may happen is they keep the modules and still hold you to your contract. Get an attorney but know that most likely you are stuck with paying off the balance. Claiming that you were told something verbally and having nothing in writing backing that up won't get your far in court.

I agree if you return the modules and breech the contract they will hold you liable for the entire monies owed to them as the contract states. This exact sitatuation happened to someone I know.
