Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of applying for the ABSN program at The College Of Mount Saint Vincent for the Fall 2020 semester. Has anyone else applied or attended the program? What can you tell me about it?

Not sure but my friend started this fall I’m starting in Jan 2021 and she told me there’s about 35 people in her cohort

wait I was under the idea that Spring 2021 was only at the lic campus. thats what I was told and its on their website! we should keep in touch my friend is currently in the program ill email you now!

Hi,

I applied for the Fall 2021 cycle. I just wanted to hear a review from people in the program as to what they thought of it so far? Is it worth the price?

IDK but my friend is in the ABSN current cohort and she saying that they are changing everything around. right now they are using canvas to do their work but the program is switching to ATI. also the ABSN has their classes in person except for 1 online class which is like a 1 credit course. also their clinicals are currently on the campus but she said they havent really learned anything in clinical so far. so IDK im really excited to start. she said the hardest classes are pharm and patho ...there are onlike like 2 quizzes and 2 exams for each class so you really need to do well on those bc thats the bulk of your grade. there is a woman on past forums she is a nurse now I believe she is in NP Program now she discusses the program..but again she went to the ABSN

I applied for the Summer program but I needed a recommendation letter to complete my application. After the Summer deadline, I transferred my app to the fall. I then completed it with a recommendation letter and it was submitted. I got accepted into the fall program not too long after I did that. My cum GPA is 3.3 and I took over AnP 1 & 2 and Microbiology last year because they were taken over 5 years ago...Hope that helps

Where do we submit the letters of recommendation? Do we upload it our selfs? Or the one who writes it send it to the?

Hey!

Anyone in the program mind telling me how its going? Im debating about attending CMSV or NYU. How is your experience so far (help a sis out) ?
