College of the Mainland ADN Fall 2017

Hi everyone. I haven't found a forum out there for COM Fall 2017. I recently found out about the school and will be turning in my application for the deadline. Anyone else out there ? :)

Hey you guys I'm also applying to the program I'm so nervous because I want to get In and start this nursing program :)

Sorry for the delay!! I called after they notified people of acceptances and was told that.

You're talking about the last program right ? Don't scare me hahaha acceptances didn't go out right ? Lol

Right, LAST YEAR! LOL!.... Last year I applied with a 714 and this year I applied with a 751. So I'm praying I make the mark!

I applied today at the college. The adviser I spoke to told me that it only takes 2 days to go through the scores and choose their applicants. ..Does anyone know how true this is?

He added up my score and I had a 776. I took the TSI reading today and made a 360.

He said that people with a 775 always gets in... But I'm superstitious about that bc I don't want to get my hopes up.

I applied to Alvin Community College for this 2017 spring semester and was put as #14 on the alternate list but never got in..

I'm just ready to be accepted

i have no idea. im just hoping everyone that applies gets in. alot of people say its too far but my fingers are crossed.

I don't think it's true because the nursing office has stated people will get their acceptances 6 weeks after the deadline. Not 2 days. I guess we will wait and see :)

Yeah thats the same thing I heard. I think we should hear something like the first week in June or at least by the second week.

Oh ok that's a while. I must have misunderstood him and he meant that it only takes 2 days for them to sort it out because he was talking about how simple their scoring process is that it takes like 2 days. Has anyone on here applied to Alvin Community College as well?

I applied there for the Fall but they are more competitive.

Hello everyone. I got accepted to the lvn-rn college of the mainland nursing program. I have also registered for the classes. Do anyone have any suggestion on where to buy the textbook cheaper. Thanks
