Hello All:

Starting a thread for those of us applying to COC Summer/ Fall 2019 RN program. I am specifically applying to the LVN to RN program. Lets keep each other updated on status.

Hey everyone, I was wondering if any of you know if the nursing department is only able to accept the immunization records as a yellow card document (i've attached an example in this message)? I was trying to get an updated immunization record from Facey but they are only able to give me an immunization summary instead of the yellow card document.

Hi! I submitted everything last week and I got my titers and some shots from Facey you can go to mychartor.providence and print all your immunization records and labs from there. The nursing department accepted mine, I didn’t have the yellow card either.

Oh thank god, I thought I was going to have to chase my yellow card. Thank you so much for the info, see you in the fall ?

On the first day of school we need do something so that we can meet eachother and see who was on this thread!?

? Is anyone else here in the summer nursing classes? Nursing 045 (EKG) or 212 (physical assessment)? Or taking medical terminology starting on Monday? I'm doing all of those.

No, don't worry. The EKG and Physical Assessment have 3rd and 4th semester students in it, too. So you aren't behind!

? I'm Jen, tall brunette. I sit with Nicole (tall blonde) in both classes.
