I have not seen a forum for COC's Fall 2021 ADN program, so I decided to make one for all applicants to ask questions, share stats, and talk about anything relating to the application process.
I still haven't heard from COC. Last email I received stated "We have received your ATI TEAS test results and have determined that you are now eligible for selection of the Fall 2021 College of the Canyons RN Program." No word after this email. First time applying to COC. I applied last year at AVC with 60 points and didn't get in. I was in form that you need a minimum of 65 points at AVC to even be looked at. So I took a CNA class for the extra 10 points. AVC doesn't notify until June/July if you get in. How do I find out how many points I have with COC?

Supposed to receive our responses for the ADN program by Friday
When did you get that email from COC? I didn’t, so I’m guessing I’ll get denied
I received that email on 4/13/2021 @ 1806. But I found the point system and I'm not holding my breath anymore. I think my best shot is getting accepted with AVC.
Does anyone know if acceptances are definitely going out tomorrow or that’s just the rumor?
When I took my TEAS exam last week at COC they had the deadline for acceptance letters written on the white board by April 30th. This was also reiterated by the nursing coordinator who was also our proctor. So I believe they are doing everything they can to get them sent out by tomorrow, but again they have had a significant surge in applicants so they could possibly miss the date.
Wonder what time they will send the acceptance or denial letters so I can stop stalking @mycanyons email. Can you relate?
OMG YES! I check my canyons email and this message board constantly. As soon as I see there is a new post I rush on to see if it is someone saying they got an acceptance letter. I really hope it is sooner rather than later for our sakes ?

You are not alone. I am the same way. LOL Just put me out my misery already.
I am really hoping today is the day we get an answer. I wonder what time they have released these letters in the past for previous applicants. After lunch? Before lunch? At this point I just want the news, good or bad.

I have this weird feeling that we won’t find out until next week ? they did say they got an overwhelming amount of applications this term. All I know is I need to stop checking my email before my phone blows up ?
