Hello Everyone,
I created this thread for students who are applying to Cochran School of Nursing for Spring 2020. ( I'm interested in the evening program).
Has anyone submitted their application? Has anyone taken the kaplan exam? There's an information session on Oct 15th is anyone planning to go?
For those of you who have taken the kaplan exam how was it? What materials did you use to study?
Students who are currently in the program or graduated from this program are welcome to give some tips, suggestions of feedback about the program. Any little info will help.
Thanks everyone

hi,I will advice you to take it again. You may get a better score and chance too.As for the person who got in with 66,he or she may have a very high gpa.Another reason may be that they completed all the classes already.Check your gpa and the required classes...make sure the gpa from the required classes is 3.O and above, and that you have at least one class pending. This will increase your chances. As long as someone scored 65% and above,50% of your gpa and 50% of your Kaplan score will be added and an average will be generated.
The prerequisites include eng 101,eng 102,soc 101,psych 101,life span and development,ANP 1 & 2,microbiology
Passing grades in High school algebra, chemistry, biology are also needed.
I hope this helps.Good luck future nurse
