CNLC VMI

I purchased the VIP package about a year or so ago and now I feel horrible about my decision. This was not right for me. I am way pass the refund period and now... I am just out a lot of money and the books are collecting dust. I have tried complaining to them and stating my frustration but with no luck.

I feel like she exploits unhappy nurses. She reaps the financial benefit.

Has anyone ever got their money back and is there anything I should try?

You stated yourself that you were past the refund period and that it was not right for you, not that you never received a purchase or that you were on the receiving end of some sort of fraud.

I always recommend that anyone considering a prep course to become an LNC go to the AALNC, American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC)), for information on the only-- ONLY -- nursing certification in legal nursing. All the commercial courses are certificate courses, not certifications; they cost a lot of money and when you want to renew you have to take CE from them (more money in their pockets). You can Google "Milazzo complaints" and get a lot of hits. Always investigate first and never take marketing materials for the complete story. You bet you can make a lot of money in the legal nursing arena-- if your name is Vickie Milazzo.

Alas, stories like yours are all too common. I remember reading somewhere that about 5% of VM "grads" are able to pay back their loans. File this under, "Sadder but wiser," or, as my crotchety old grandmother used to say, "Some of us are put on this earth to be examples to others, one way or another." You may not be happy about it, and you have my sincere condolences, but you have done a service to many others who are interested in legal nurse consulting.

I went through her course and am successfully employed with my dream job. Have you narrowed down why "this is not for you"?
