I've never heard of anyone who came from one of those. I don't know what state you're from, but most of them have a set amount of clinical hours and classroom hours. I don't know how an online class would keep track of classroom hours since it's self-paced. Clinical hours are hard to do on your own. It really doesn't take that long to do a CNA no matter where you go.
Many jobs do not accept online CNA certificates. I have seen job ads that specifically say, "No online courses accepted." A huge portion of the training is skills, and you absolutely need to see them demonstrated, and then physically practice them. Plus you need an externship for the clinical portion. An online class would be good if you already took a CNA course years ago and wanted to refresh your skills. You are better off with a classroom experience. CNA courses are relatively short and available weekends, nights etc. Good luck :)

Hi, Im new here so Im sorry in advance if this topic has already been discussed. What do you think about online cna programs? Seems fishy to me, I mean wouldn't you need to learn these skills in person? I was looking at 4yourcna.com just now...any thoughts? Has anyone done it?
