Hello, I am currently looking for my first job as a CNA and had some questions about their responsibilites. I recieved my training in the hospital, so I know what that is all about. However, as I was looking through the newspaper I noticed that there was an opening for a CNA in a urology office, with speciality training provided. I was wondering if anyone had worked in a urology office and what a CNA would be expected to do.
Thanks!
Anyone?
I would appreciate any information.

i'm guessing taking vital signs, maybe some collection of lab samples and clerical/administrative work. as for specialty, i can't think of anything other than bladder scanning. is there a contact number or email address for you in the ad? i'd utilize that to find out exactly what the job entails!

CNAs in my state have to be 18 in order to work anywhere. So check this out with your state certification board before you apply. Let us know what happens and good luck!
