There are so many things wrong with this resume. Is this a serious post.?If this is serious, I would look on a website like indeed.com for resume advice and templates.Good luck.

Yes, this is a serious post or I wouldn't have wasted my time posting it. I know the layout may not be the best but if there "are so many things wrong with this resume" could you atleast be helpful and give some advice on how to improve it?

Some of your word choices are either too dramatic, or they don't make much sense.

And your job descriptions are kind of silly, IMO. We have all eaten in a restaurant before; there's no need to be over the top about what your duties were. That, combined with the huge lists of "strengths" makes it look like you're trying way too hard. A lot of your job duties are clearly just fishing for things you think they want to hear (screened customer activity to ensure public safety at walmart?????) . I know that's the whole point of a resume, but this is just too obvious. Whoever reads it is going to know you're full of it.

I also think it's redundant when people list what they did in clinicals. If you passed the CNA course then knowing how to do these things is already expected of you.

Thank you for your reply!

Too much stuff on here man. Employer's don't need to know your life story. Just point out the highlights like your current education level (High School Diploma or w/e,) any certifications that are related to the job you are applying for, your work history, and references. You can attach a cover letter and write a small paragraph about why you want to be a CNA if you want to be fancy.

so here is a revision of my resume. i know my name is different but i couldn't remember my other password so i just used my old account. sorry for the confusion.
