CNA Interview tomorrow. Help! need advice.

I have my first cna interview tomorrow. Can you please give me any advice and tell me what were some of the questions they asked. You dont have to a cna to answer. :)

They might ask what shifts and holidays you're available to work, how you work as a team, what you would do if you found something wrong, what you would do to promote patient safety, what your future goals are, how you handle criticism, give an example of a time you worked on a team that did well and why and an example of a time that you worked on a team that did poorly and why, and why you want to work there.

Good list. Suggest you copy it down and WRITE out your answers to read tonight before you go to bed. See if they feel real and true to you. If so, you're good to go. If not, well, find the ones that are.
