School starts next week. As you all know how difficult it is for some of us to find connections who are willing to take us on as students. I finally found 1 family practice clinic in Milwaukee that would take me for 120 hours and a skilled nursing facility in oshkosh that would take me for 100 or 200 hours. As I'm in family pratice I'm not sure if I'd be approved for the 200 hours in the skilled facility so I'll be driving from Madison( where I'm from) to Milwaukee one day and then oshkosh the next day.
Would you guys just do it so you aren't behind a semester? Or would you wait out a semester and keep looking to find 200 hours that is just in one city.
Thanks for for any advice.

No brainer. I would drive.
I went to a brick and mortar program 100 miles from my house!
Do you really want this?
Clinicals are very hard to arrange.
Good luck

Look far and wide for sure. Two of my clinicals were in another state requiring a second licensure and a 1.5 hr and 3 hr drive respectively.

I would make the drive, next semester you may not find anything.
