Clinical Competence Assessment (CCA)

To those who have done the CCA, how was it? Did you find the assessment difficult?

Both Colleges require applicants to undergo the CCA. Are you applying as LPN or RN?

What Colleges are you referring to? Yes I am aware IEN have to under go the CCA. I was just looking for some people to share their experience in the CCA :) I'm applying as an RN.

College of nurses is the regulatory body in Canada. Like board of nursing in the US.

I was referring to the College of LPNs and RNs in MB (CLPNM & CRNM). I just meant to ask which CCA were you asking about because the difficulty level varies.:)

Anyway, most of the people I know were referred to complete courses about Canadian nursing practice. Just try to do a good read about that.

Ooops, sorry i should have been more specific. So the CCA is that hard? Are you also an IEN? :)
