Hello,
I have a question about getting hired as a new RN to the Cleveland Clinic. I applied to a generic RN Resident position for new RNs. I really want to work in the NICU, PICU, or Pediatric ER. Will I be able to request what areas I would be interested to work in? Locations to work at? I guess I'm just not sure how that works because I have no idea if they already have a floor they are screening me for?
Thanks!
I had a phone interview the day after I applied. Interviewed at Medina Hospital, which wasn't for me so I pulled my application. Then I interviewed for a main campus position and really liked it, found out at my interview I would be receiving a call the next day officially offering me the job. Got the official offer 8am the next morning.

It's not, as long as you try. Everyone at the Clinic had me super stressed out over that physical test! Just push and pull as hard and as fast as you can. As long as you put forth an effort you pass!
