Clayton State Universtiy Spring 2014 Applicants!

I haven't applied yet, but I plan to after I meet with my adviser next week. My stats are

GPA:3.44

M/S GPA: 3.0

TEAS: 84 (first time today, I'm happy)

I did notice the change in requirements too. It makes me nervous!

Your stats seem pretty good to me. Good Teas score. Don't let them discourage you once you meet with your advisor. Apply and have faith that it will all work itself out. Good Luck!!!

I made an 81.3 on the TEAS and my advisor recommended I get an 85. I'm so nervous.

Tee93 your stats are good. The advisors say the closer you are to 250 points, the better your chances.

I am trying to get as close as possible. Those are my stats without the classes I'm taking this semester so I'm working to pull it up. I am taking Patho, Statistics, Interative Comm. & an art class. Skaimarie, you shouldn't worry. Have you applied yet?

I haven't applied yet, I plan to submit everything by the end of the month. I just might try to retake the TEAS again.

I think they care more about your pre req GPA. Focus on making all As if possible. That was my strategy because im not a good test taker. Ie person A has a 81 on TEAS but a 4.0 M/S GPA. Person B has a 90 TEAS and 3.3 M/S GPA. I'm almost positive that person A wins in that scenario

It's a point system of 300 points. They use your GPA, m/s, and TEAS. Your GPA consists of all courses taken. This is my second time applying and I speak with my advisor often, so I'm hoping for better luck this time

Hi! I haven't applied yet but I am also planning to at the end of August. I took the TEAS in December and got an 87.8 but found out I can't use the score! So I'm retaking it this month.
