Hello! I have applied for the FNP program to begin this fall at Clayton. Looking for others who have applied or thinking of applying. I plan to go to school full time and work part-time. Good luck to everyone!

Hello ashfost I applied to CSU FNP fall 2016, but I have not received any reply as of now. I really pray I get into this program. Thinking positive!

Hey! Thanks for replying! I haven't heard anything either. I was getting a little anxious but I feel better now :) Clayton was the only school I applied to. What about you?

ashfost yes CSU was the only school I applied for so far, however I am open to looking at other schools as well. I am really determined to have this degree under my belt! If you know of any other good schools out there please let me know. Do you know how CSU goes about selecting their students? I heard last year it was the first 20 to interview. Have you interviewed yet? Thank You!

I don't know how they select their students but lets hope the process is a little more difficult than just showing up to interview. :) There are a lot of schools out there like that and I just don't trust them. But that's just me. I took some summer courses at Clayton while I was in undergrad and they were not a walk in the park. So I was hoping the their graduate program would be structured the same way. I submitted my application packet in December so I was hoping to have heard something by now. What part of town do you live in? (You can PM if you want.) I'm near City of Decatur. .

Yes I agree that a good program should not only consider the interview aspect. I really hope we hear something by next week! Decatur is close to me; I hope we will be co-eds in the near future :) Happy thoughts only!

Hello Guys

I am starting CSU in the fall for the FNP program...anyone else starting? Hoping to meet some students

@Cococure: I was recently accepted for the fall.. somewhat anxious!

Yes I am anxious and excited at the same time. I have my books for both classes. Just waiting on orientation this Thursday. I don't know what platform the school uses etc and I don't have the syllabus for the theory class. Are you in FNP also?

I am. However, I just got notification about two weeks ago and have had difficulty with the university unlocking my registration. Are you just going part-time or full-time?

I am doing part-time because I work full-time. The grad school called and registered me for class. Call grad school admissions they may be able to help you. Two weeks is very short notice. Maybe they can get everything resolved on Thursday, it's going to be a long day.

Do you have an itinerary? I do not have the e-mail for the orientation yet.
