Clayton State Nursing Program Spring 2012

Hey! I am just starting this forum to see who else is applying for Clayon State's Spring 2012 BSN Program. I just applied and now the waiting begins..

@mom2011 she didn't really give me any direct hints but I said when will I find something out regarding ACCEPTANCE? And she said the interviews r still ongoing but next week the letters wil go out. So I guess it means acceptance letters will go out..I'm hoping!!

Hey guys.. I spoke with my advisor and she said that they will begin sending out letters tomorrow.. Not sure if they will send out rejections first and then acceptance letters, but "some" type of letter will go out this week. I am nervous all over again!

Yayyyyyyy to that!! So we should get something by thurs or Friday.. I'm scared too though! But I heard we will have like an orientation shortly after we get our letters if we're accepted to go over our schedules and stuff so I'm thinking the letters this week are acceptance ones..I sure hope!!

hey guys! so my advisor confirmed with me that letters were mailed out this morning! so we should definetely know something by tomorrow im guessing!!! :yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah:

Thanks Steph6543!! Did she say which letters were mailed out... acceptance, declines? Did all of them go out or are they going out in phases. I am so nervous. I got a letter from GSU today... I almost passed out at my mailbox. It was a letter for acceptance to the spring 2012 semester for finanical aid. lol

no she just said that the letters went out..but im assuming acceptance. I know this wait is absolutely awful!! I can't wait to just KNOW! lol aww so did you apply to GSU's program as well?

Yes I did, my program GPA is higher at GSU than at Clayton. I would go to Clayton if I get accepted to both schools. (I think) lol. How about you did you apply anywhere else.

GSU has a really good program too, I was there for 2 years but my GPA over at GSU is lower.. lol and the advisor over there told me I'd need a 95 on my TEAS to be competative..i was like pshhttt no way! lol but I didn't apply anywhere else..just clayton..so i really hope i get in!! I hope you go to clayton too!!

WOW!! That makes me even more nervous. GSU called me two weeks ago to say they did not receive my teas scores. So I had ATI resend them. My friend told me that, that was a good sign... so hopefully. I like Clayton the professors are great!! I am just getting to know where everything is located, which is why I think I will stay here if given the opportunity. If I go to GSU will have to start all over you know. I hope we get in Steph. Then I will know a friendly face across the room lol
