for those of us who just got accepted to nursing school and have to wait 2 freaking years to start ...check in here!!
personally, i will have things to do next year though. i have to go through the nursing asst. program first (spring '07). then, we're allowed to take pharmacology and dosage calculations one semester before we start actual nursing school.
of course, there's all those immunizations to look forward to also!

I have my 2nd orientation tomorrow!!! We get to meet instructors and 2nd year students. I think we also get to pick up our uniforms for clinicals that we ordered at the 1st orientation.
I already bought most of the books, syllabi and ummm.... I had to get one of those backpacks on wheels thingys on top of my regular backpack!!! LOTS of books!
I started reading and it's sooo much information but it's incredibly awesome!!! This is no joke! Microbiology is small potatoes compared to this stuff...lol
It will take discipline and determination to not fall behind on reading and assignments, that's for sure.
Classes for me start next Monday (25th)!
I'm nervous, excited, and a mixture of all kinds of feelings at the same time as I'm sure most of you are!
I just can't believe that I've come this far and I'm actually going to start clinicals and the 'real' classes!
Well, thanks for reading, I just want to say Good luck to everyone!!!!
We can do this! We've come this far, we can't give up now. We've cried (well I know I have...lol) through organic chem, microbiology, to come to this moment so let's give it all we have!!
