Clarity

We use Clarity in our dialysis company and I have to say I think it is the worst computer program ever!. Do any other units use this system and if so what is your experience?

We used diaproton before and have just changed in December to clarity, we are the last in our company to change over this system and it is a daily nightmare.

What concerns me more is when the Head office run the daily unentered treatments or other billing issues we dont come in bottom it is the facilities who have been on it since 2009-so it obviously doesn't improve :confused:

    I think all dialysis units have issues with their computers. Lol

    I go to several and they use AMI which has all these pre written sentences which when put together dont make sense. Our practice charts in acumen which is much better.

    FMC is going to something called eCube at some point.

    Our center uses MIQS. Seems to work for us. Nothing is without problems though as was just stated.:twocents:
