Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston Pacesetter BSN - Spring 2026

I am starting a thread for anyone applying to CIZIK for Spring 2026. How is your application coming along, what are your stats, and have you gotten any response at this time?

I will go first:

Application submitted 05/12/2025 via Ncas

GPA: 3.9 SGPA: 4.0 TEAS: 90%

Status: Application received.

She also said people who are getting accepted right now is for Fall not Spring. Hmmm I don't know... 

They told me that some are getting sent out early for people who have their apps all done and also a different lady said that it's possible if I completed my app (which is just the HESI left) then my app may be looked at as well. I'm honestly so confused bc they told me there was no rolling admission so that's kinda why I took my time taking the HESI

I'm currently at their school because I really need to know what going on with my stuff.... I literally got a scholarship yesterday and after accepting it telling me to pick classes.. it so confusing to me

that's so interesting!! everyone is saying different things. I'm not sure whether to just submit or not... because with rolling admissions spots can easily get filled up quickly...

That's what I'm thinking too. I think I'm gonna try to take my HESI by this week so that my application is complete. I submitted my application back in June... but I still haven't received login info so I'm not sure what's going on. They said it could be bc of my HESI not being complete so I'm hoping that maybe I'll get it after it's done n

If they are going to be completed by the end of this month or sometime before the application date, I would wait to submit your application until then. If they aren't gonna be done until the fall then you could submit now. I've just seen some people get denied due to some pre reqs not being done so if you can have them done by the app date then I would definitely wait

They just rectify me because it was showing for Fall so I can't do anything until Octorber
