Hi everybody! I thought I could start a thread for those applying to UTHealth Cizik school of Nursing for Summer 25. Share stats and information as we hopefully get accepted!

Is anyone else having problems with the Texas common course website for cizik? I keep getting an error message

I took a couple repeated (non-science) classes. Assuming they took the better grade I got in those then my stats would be:

Prerequisite GPA: 3.89

Science GPA: 3.6

TEAS: 87.3

I also have a previous bachelor's degree and am still completing 2 prerequisites so my acceptance was conditional. If they didn't take the higher grade in the repeat classes then my prerequisite GPA was probably closer to 3.6-3.7

Can I ask if those course were courses required by the application deadline or when the program starts?

The classes I'm still taking are Philosophy and Sociology, so they just have to be done by the program start date, and I'll be done with them in a week. I had already completed all of the required Science courses by the application deadline.

How do we go about sending our transcripts to them once we're finished ?

Does anyone know when the last day to turn in everything is? I got accepted but I need to take philosophy

Hey! I had a 3.6 or 3.7 GPA and a 94 on my TEAS! I also have a bachelors but IDK if that made a difference. I also have 2 prerequisites in progress (nutrition and philosophy)
