Woohooo congrats everyone!

I got accepted to both! I decided on UTMB over UTH just because of the atmosphere and faculty. I did visit both schools and UTMB was so lovely...just a feeling/experience I felt (can't really explain). Also, the NCLEX pass rate has been higher at UTMB - percentage wise and my cousins and siblings went to UTMB and loved it. But it is a longer commute!

I don't think it will affect you, but I'd ask to confirm it's going to be reviewed. Those who submitted in March might not have had their app reviewed yet is what I was told. I submitted in March and they review in batches.

I reached out and was told that those who submitted closer to deadline may not had their app reviewed yet - as they are reviewed in batches with decision sent as they review. UTMB's School of Nursing typically has two rounds of acceptance letters for its nursing programs. The first round is generally sent out in April and the second round is sent in May.

It's finally April! Hopefully we hear in a few weeks. Last few years, it was the third Monday of this month when the first round started hearing back ? Unless they call you to start in the Summer.

Can I ask if those course were courses required by the application deadline or when the program starts?

Is anyone currently in the program right now? How are you guys liking it? How is the online courses? I got accepted for Summer 2025 and wanted to reach out to someone for more info!

No they had called awhile back. I am not sure why I haven't received the denial letter, but maybe they are waiting for that until the end after all the admissions. OR OR maybe, I get lucky? haha

haha I see everyone checking their portal every morning. Still waiting here though I do not think I got in because they had called about one of my prerequisites that do not meet the requirement. Just no official denial letter and I did get the IdentoGo email, so I do not think it guarantees acceptance. (they told me I had to take the right course and reapply). Good luck.

Hello! I'm apply for next cycle and wanted to know... If we graduated from their AE-DNP, are we able to become a CRNA? I know the concentration is for PMHNP, PCPNP, or AGCNS. Which are not Nurse anesthesia, but I'd still hold a DNP? Thanks in Advance!
