Hey there. I stumbled upon this thread while looking for information on how to apply to the COH new grad program and looking for ANY info at all how to apply. 
 

I know many of you have applied and are awaiting responses. Would anyone mind guiding me in how you got to that point? Thank you so much for any info

If you go onto City of Hope's career site they have all of their open job listings. You'll see the residency listed as "New Graduate Clinical Nurse I". It opens about 3 times per year, so just keep an eye out there. Hope this helps!

Hi I got a call for a 2nd round panel interview today! She asked my availability for next week!

For those who got a second interview what unit did you say as your first choice?

I wasnt asked, I asked if it was for a specific unit and the recruiter said no. She sent a list of who I would interview with and they seemed to be from Hematology.

Were you not asked before during the first interview?

Kinda, they asked me if I preferred outpatient or inpatient. My first interview was really strange, they asked me basic questions, like did I have a license and why would I want to work at COH, then the recruiter sent me a list of questions and she said to answer them and emailed them back to her and I did. Then a week later got a call for the second interview.
