I'm not sure if one was already created for this cohort, but I couldn't find one! I am starting this thread for updates for the September residency program (interviews, questions, support, and general updates).

Hoping to meet some new people!

Accepted a position last week, hem/hct. My status on the website doesn't reflect that so I don't know how much that page is updated.

Congrats jasclef! If you don't mind me asking, when did you do the interview?

I haven't heard anything. I sent an email  yesterday to follow up but haven't heard much.

Hi all,

 

I reached out to HR to see if there's an update and was told all final decisions will be made by the end of this week.

Hi just wondering if anyone got a phone call today assuming all final decision will be made at the end of this week 🙂

I also haven't received anything, unfortunately. I sent a follow-up email around 12 PM to my recruiting interviewer asking about the timeline on when final candidates will be contacted. I have not gotten a response from them. I also attempted to call the HR department and all they said when I asked to follow up on an application was "Due to the volume of applicants, the recruitment team cannot speak to anyone individually regarding their application.” I did get the phone number for the HR department which is 626-218-3700.

I think some places besides Duarte will be contacting candidates until the 14th, based on what I heard, so I'll try to be positive until next week..😭
