CHLA Versant RN Residency September 2020 Cohort

Hi! I know the application for CHLA's RN Residency Program doesn't come out until March 2nd, 2020, but I just wanted to get a heads start!

I'm planning on applying for their NICCU and was curious if anyone knew what the prescreen interview would consist of?

@yanne will they do more interviews after their final decision? I am still waiting to hear back from the Heart Institute

I received an email with an invite to interview on 5/19th. Interview slots were open for the 11th and the 12th of June. I just interviewed and they told me that they would be making final decisions today and that HR would be in contact if I received the position.

Hi, I feel like I was the only one who posted before who applied for float pool. I haven't heard back from them at all, not even for a phone interview. When did you have your phone interview?

Yes, I'm glad to find someone who applied for the same position. For the longest time, I was thinking what if it's not even a real position hahaha Sounds like you got interviewed earlier than everybody else. I wonder if it's safe for me to assume that I already lost my chance? ?

Well, it was just a phone interview. The manager didn't schedule a web interview with me by the end of the conversation. Plus, the call was not scheduled, so it was a surprise of course ??‍♀️

I don't think I did as well as I wish I could have if I prepared. I never heard back so I don't know what to think necessarily ?

I was going to ask if they scheduled the phone interview haha What did they ask you for the phone interview? Yea, I get you though. I wouldn't necessarily know how to feel if I were in your position. In my case, I kinda lost hope already. Have you called or emailed HR?
