I received a call earlier this week for physical, med math test and new hire paperwork. So HR is starting to make calls. I have not received the formal invite for the welcome lunch yet though.

edit; called them to RSVP and they said calls are being made next week too :)

I received the formal invite last Thursday and I got a call from -------------- in HR last Tuesday for the physical, med math and paper work. AHHHH so excited!

Hey guys! I got a call for the physical and the paperwork, but -------------- didn't mention anything about med math - could you guys tell me any info you know about that? Are we going to do it when we fill out the new hire packet? and I didn't receive anything about the formal lunch, was that a call or an email? Sorry for so many questions!! I got my call yesterday. She said we first do the physical and then head over to hr for paperwork and drug calc test. An invitation was sent about the for luncheon, but you should've received an email with a welcome packet with info about it also.. Along with a calendar with our class schedule.

I never got anything about classes or the luncheon I'll call them tomorrow to see if they can send me the packet. It'd be really nice to know the schedule so I can plan around those days! Thank you so muchh! You're the best :)

Hello fellow cohort! Who out there has already gone in for paperwork with HR? Can someone give me an estimate on how long the whole process took: physical, paper work, math test? I have mine this coming Monday and I am wondering if I should cancel plans later in the afternoon. Thanks a bunch, and I look forward to meeting you all soon!

I did mine last Friday and I was there from 2-4pm. I can't imagine it taking more than 2.5 hrs., depending on how fast you read/sign and do math. Be ready to go back to CHLA on Monday to have your TB test read- or some other medical office, I guess.
