Nice, best of luck! I’m wondering if I applied too late (mid last week) & they’ve already chosen people to interview for all the units..

I applied Sunday night and got an email on Tuesday from HR. Do you have experience in OR at all? I have adult CVICU experience and NICU experience so that might have had a role in HR's decision to pull my app? These are just the preliminary interviews with HR.

I have adult OR experience in an acute hospital setting, but I applied on Thursday so hopefully I hear something next week. Ah I see, fingers crossed for you!

Fingers crossed for you too ! Maybe HR is inundated- I believe the new grad residencies are still being combed through as well for the September start.

Hi all! Has anyone moved past the initial recruiter screening call yet? I had a phone screening with a recruiter about 2 weeks ago and they said the next step would be a video interview with the hiring manager. I’m just getting anxious!!

I had the initial recruiter call last week and they said give it 2-3 weeks due to COVID to hear back about interviews, if not, they'd send out emails about declining.

I was told the same thing!

What unit did you apply to?
Just to clarify - when you say declining do you mean for us to possibly decline the interview or that they’re declining us from interviewing? If that makes sense haha

If the managers decline to move forward with video interviews- they'd send out an email based on what the recruiter told me.
