Hello nurses!! :) is anyone else applying for the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles RN Residency Program that starts September 4th, 2012??? :)

just wanted to update you guys: i just received a call from HR for a pre-screen interview. CTICU was my first choice.

I received a call yesterday for a first interview for CV acute.

Congrats to those who have received calls... I'm thinking I'm out :(. Haven't received a call and am in the Bay Area, so if they are calling out of area people to do phone interviews first...... I'm probably out. I wanted CVICU too... oh well.... need to just keep trying ;P

i wouldn't give up hope just yet! today isn't over and tomorrow is another day they will be making calls.

Don't give up hope yet! Maybe it's by alphabetical. I'd give it until the first of May.

I feel you ecastro! I'm also from the bay area and havent received a call yet.... I'm hoping I get a call from them soon. I applied to the surgical unit. good luck everyone !! :)

I just received a call from HR this afternoon. It's only my second call back, and I was completely losing motivation to apply to anything, so I'm very grateful to at least be given a chance! Lots of luck to everyone waiting!

when i asked the HR employee, she said lots of people also chose to do phone interviews.

There are two steps with CHLA. Step 1 is with HR and then Step 2 is with the department. Good luck to everyone! Has anyone gotten a call who applied to any of the med/surg floors?
