CHLA Residency September 2016

Hi all,

I was just wondering who has applied to CHLA's residency this time around, and if you've heard anything back! The application was up during the first half of last week. Good luck to everyone! :)

Has anyone that has been told they are hired actually receive an offer and all thier paperwork? I was told I would receive it last week via e-mail for heme/onc and still haven't :nailbiting:

Did anyone get OR?? I had my speed interview months ago and they said they'd contact me to schedule another interview. I haven't heard anything, not even a rejection.

I got a call today (2 weeks after my second interview) and I was told I am the alternate for hem/onc. I won't have a for sure yes/no until mid-August. After not hearing anything for so long I was pretty sure I was out of the running, so I am glad to hear that I still have a chance, and that I was considered a strong enough applicant to be on the backup list.

I am rescinding my offer for the heme/onc unit this upcoming week. I hope you'll be called soon to get the spot!!

The waiting continues. I guess I am still on the waitlist since I haven't heard from them. Has anybody else who is waitlisted heard anything?
