I asked about how the next steps would be seeing as we ranked 2 unit preferences, and she said you get matched depending on how many people each unit needs... But she also said it's possible to be invited to interview for both units! She did also mention something about how PICU/NICU and ED often have the most applicants so they're the most competitive. I believe that's when 2nd round interviews actually take place so I'm assuming we'll find out sometime next week!

My application says 'under review' last updated 4/25/25, probably safe to say I'm not being considered at this point😕

I just received an email a few minutes ago, you should check again! I made it to final interviews for the last cohort and ultimately wasn't chosen, but my app status eventually updated to "Not Selected" so if yours still says "Under Review" I wouldn't take that as a bad sign! Good luck! 🙂

Did anyone happen to ask how many positions they were looking to fill for any of the units (specifically 6W)?! I'm trying to do the math on my odds here LOL 😅

Thank you! I interviewed last Tuesday, 5/13. I applied for 6W (transplant) and 4E (oncology), invited for in-person next week for 6W only.
