Im not sure if its the same across the board for all units but I just received my offer email and this is the breakdown: base is $44.17/hr, 1st 8 hours are straight time, last 4 hours are time and a half

what does straight time mean? do we still get an evening differential if we're on 7pm - 7am?

Straight time is base pay so your first 8 hrs are base pay and the last 4 hrs are time and a half! Evening diff is given from 7pm-11pm at $4.75, weekend (sat-sun) is $3.50, night is 11pm-7 am at $8.00 🙂 hope this helps!
