what does straight time mean? do we still get an evening differential if we're on 7pm - 7am?

Got a call about an hour ago with an acceptance. Just got an official offer letter email.

Hey! Thanks for the info. Does anyone have an idea of why some applicants are invited to EAO versus others are just invited to general interviews? Also, does everyone who gets accepted attend at least one or the other?
